Is ghee healthy for babies?

 Is ghee healthy for babies?

Absolutely Yes. Ghee has full of nutrition for vision, skin, and immunity and traces of vitamin E to power a baby's growth and development.

Ghee is also packed with saturated fat – the most abundant type of fat in breast milk.

The benefits of nutrition of ghee should reach every household. Parents can use a teaspoon of ghee in their baby’s diet for their growth and development without any question. Try the homemade ghee or get from organic center.

5 Best Foods to Improve Your Child’s Eyesight - FoodieBaby

1. Fish

Omega-3 fatty acids are high in salmon, tuna, and mackerel. They helps keep your child's eyes lubricated and avoid dry eye syndrome. They can also help minimize their risk of getting cataracts and macular degeneration later in life if they eat them on a regular basis.

2. Leafy Green Vegetables

Lutein and zeaxanthin are rich in kale, spinach, and collard greens. These carotenoids have strong antioxidative capabilities that help protect your eyes from free radicals. They work as a defense mechanism to prevent macular degeneration and cataract formation as your youngster gets older, according to your experienced eye doctor.

3. Eggs and Carrots

Preventing night blindness and dry eyes might be as simple as eating vitamin A-rich eggs. Carrots also have a lot of beta-carotene, which is a precursor to vitamin A. They protect your child's ocular structural integrity and ensure that their eye components function properly.

4. Berries and Citrus Fruits

As a snack, I recommend strawberries and oranges for your child. These fruits are high in Vitamin C, which helps to build your child's immune system and increase their immunity to eye infections and disorders.

5. Nuts

Almonds, pistachios, and walnuts should all be included in your child's diet. Vitamin E, which also functions as an antioxidant, is high in these nuts and helps to protect your child's eyesight. Eating nuts on a daily basis has also been shown to be an excellent home treatment for myopia control (Short-sightedness).
